Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement communication plans to support company objectives
- Create engaging content for social media, website, and other communication channels
- Manage and maintain brand consistency across all platforms
- Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure effectiveness and make data-driven decisions
- Cultivate and nurture relationships with media contacts and industry influencers
- Coordinate press releases, media inquiries, and interview opportunities
- Support internal communication initiatives to ensure alignment and transparency across the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in a communications or marketing role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
