Omnia US is seeking a dedicated and dynamic Communications Coordinator to join our team in Austin, TX. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and enhancing our internal and external communications, ensuring our message is clear, consistent, and engaging.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies that promote the mission and vision of Omnia US.
Create and manage content for various communication channels including newsletters, social media, press releases, and the company website.
Collaborate with different departments to ensure cohesive messaging and brand consistency.
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust as needed.
Organize and coordinate events, including press conferences and company meetings.
Maintain relationships with media contacts and other relevant stakeholders.
Assist in crisis communication and manage communication during high-stakes situations.
Support the development of internal communication initiatives to enhance employee engagement and information flow.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a communications role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including social media, content management systems, and email marketing software.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently when required.
Experience with media relations and crisis communication is a plus.
