The Communications Specialist at BeloForm Craft will play a crucial role in developing and implementing communication strategies to promote the company's brand and services. This role involves creating content, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent and effective communication both internally and externally.

Location : Miami, FL Job : Full time - On site Pay Range: $45.650- $58.500 yearly Key Responsibilities Develop and execute communication plans to enhance the company's brand and reputation Create and manage content for various communication channels, including website, social media, newsletters, and press releases Draft and edit marketing materials, including brochures, case studies, and presentations Coordinate and manage media relations, including preparing press kits and handling media inquiries Monitor and analyze communication metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding Organize and coordinate company events, webinars, and press conferences Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field preferred Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong editing and proofreading abilities Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms (e.g., social media, content management systems) Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Strong organizational and project management skills Creative thinking and problem-solving skills Benefits Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Retirement plan options (e.g., 401(k)) Professional development opportunities Wellness programs Welcome to Fresh Form Draft – where imagination meets innovation in the world of architecture.
