Communications Specialist

Insight Global is seeking a Communications Partner to join the team in our corporate headquarters in Atlanta, Georgia. As a Communications Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Insight Global’s enterprise communication strategy drives our strategic business objectives and reinforces our culture and Shared Values. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure clear, consistent, and engaging communication to and from the Sales and Recruiting organizations across all internal channels by cutting down on unnecessary noise, empowering leaders to own messages, and challenging stakeholders to be intentional with their messaging.

Responsibilities:

1. Communications Strategies: Develop and implement internal communications strategies that foster our culture, promote employee engagement, and drive our strategic business objectives.
2. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various stakeholders, including the executive team, to foster alignment and ensure effective messaging throughout our divisions and verticals.
3. Change Management: Assist in change management initiatives by developing communications plans to facilitate smooth transitions.
4. Content Development and Storytelling Management: Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders in all divisions you support to gather relevant information and tell stories that showcase our culture, purpose, and grittiness.
5. Employee Engagement: Plan and execute initiatives to enhance employee engagement and foster Insight Global’s culture; develop strategies to promote two-way communication, seeking feedback and suggestions from employees on a regular basis.
6. Measurement and Analysis.

a. Establish key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of communication strategies;

b. Analyze data and feedback to assess the impact of messaging and storytelling; and

c. Continuously seek opportunities to improve communication processes and practices.

Qualifications:

• Adeptness at building relationships and working collaboratively with cross-functional teams;
• Ability to drive change and create momentum;
• Effective communicator with strong opinions and an unfettered willingness to share them;
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, analyze data and feedback, and adapt communication strategies accordingly;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, sometimes ambiguous environment and to prioritize competing demands and stakeholders;
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail;
• Proficiency in utilizing various communication tools and platforms;
• Experience in change management and crisis communications with a demonstrated ability to manage high-pressure situations calmly and professionally;
• Experience in Sales/Recruiting at staffing company preferred;
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations, or a related field; and
• Must be local to Atlanta or willing to relocate.
