SalesBizLab is seeking a talented Communications Specialist to manage and enhance our internal and external communications. The Communications Specialist will be responsible for creating and distributing content, managing media relations, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in communications, excellent writing skills, and the ability to develop and execute strategic communication plans.

THIS WILL BE AN ON-SITE JOB
Location: Miami, FL
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement communication strategies that align with the company’s objectives
Write, edit, and distribute content, including press releases, website content, social media posts, newsletters, and marketing materials
Manage media relations, including building and maintaining relationships with journalists and responding to media inquiries
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
Organize and manage events, such as press conferences, product launches, and company meetings
Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of communication strategies and adjust plans as needed
Manage the company’s social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement
Ensure that all communications adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent tone and style
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
Proven experience as a Communications Specialist, PR Specialist, or similar role
Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital communication strategies
Experience with media relations and managing press interactions
Ability to create compelling content for different audiences and platforms
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with content management systems (CMS)
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
