We are looking for an enthusiastic Communications Specialist to join our event marketing firm. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about communication and eager to grow within the industry. You will be responsible for managing both online and offline communication with clients, enhancing brand awareness, and supporting our marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the distribution of promotional materials.
Respond to customer queries and comments during marketing events.
Support on-site customer service for marketing campaigns, especially in new market territories.
Conduct presentations to demonstrate the benefits of our services and how they can impact consumers, aiming to increase market share.
Enhance brand awareness through successful consumer engagement and direct marketing.
Provide regular reports on marketing and sales statistics. Work with the Sales & Marketing Director to strategize improvements for ongoing campaigns.
Create and implement tactical marketing initiatives as directed by the Marketing Specialist and DOSM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners.
Perform consumer data entry and maintain accurate records.
