THE JOB

Responsibilities

This is an Complex General Manager position and requires someone who has experience with multi-plant corrugated. As a Complex General Manager your roles and responsibilities will include:

• Accountable for profit and loss of two or more facilities. Manufacturing, including throughput, cost and waste control, maintenance, quality, inventories control and meeting budgeted production metrics
• Position reports to the NAC Region General Manager and manages a direct staff including Manufacturing Manager, Complex Controller, and Sales Manager.
• Sales, including local sales, customer service, and partnering with region sales manager to establish and meet facility sales goals, identifying and targeting market segments, deploying division pricing strategy
• Strategic Planning, including business, marketing and capital planning processes
• Human Resources, including workforce engagement, diversity, recruiting and hiring, employee and leadership development and employee labor relations
• Financial Management, including establishing and managing budgets and compliance with financial controls
• Environmental, health and safety, including company policy and laws, state and federal regulations
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

Most importantly, you need to be a passionate Complex General Manager who enjoys his work and is one of the best within your organization. The ideal Complex General Manager would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:

• At least 7 years corrugated experience

Compensation: Based on Experience. One of the best in the industry

Minimum Education: Bachelors degree.
