Construction Lead Project Manager

Engtal is partnered with a well-known General Contractor looking for tenured PMs in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Coordination:

• Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, considering scope, timelines, budget, and resources.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

Budget Management:

• Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial control and cost-effective measures.
• Monitor expenses, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targets.

Resource Allocation:

• Efficiently allocate resources, including labor, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements.
• Work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors to optimize resource utilization.

Quality Assurance:

• Implement and enforce quality control measures to uphold industry standards and client expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards.
• Prior experience in healthcare, multi-family, or private education is a plus
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
