Construction Lead Superintendent - Over $50 Million

As a Lead Superintendent overseeing a large multifamily project, your role is pivotal in ensuring successful execution. Here are your key responsibilities:

Project Planning and Execution:

• Team Management: Lead and manage the project team, including subcontractors and vendors.
• Quality Control: Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety.
• Budget and Schedule: Ensure projects stay on track within budget and set 2 week look aheads to ensure project timelines are met. Working with the Senior Project Manager to set master schedule.

On-Site Supervision:

• Safety Oversight: Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Quality Assurance: Verify that work meets established quality standards.
• Document Control: Manage project documentation and records.
• Collaboration: Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.

Problem-Solving:

• Address construction challenges promptly and creatively.
• Make informed decisions to keep the project moving forward.

Communication:

• Effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Provide regular updates on project progress.

Project Locations: Miami & Broward

Projects: Multi building 8-15 story ground up multifamily projects. All projects will have pool, amenities and clubhouse.

Project values: $75-$120 million

What You Will Need To Be Successful: Your experience as a Lead Superintendent you will have strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment

• Project leadership of large ($50 million plus) multifamily projects from start through to completion as the lead superintendent
• 5+ years as a lead superintendent or 10+ years as a superintendent in multifamily or residential ground up construction
• Proven track record of building high quality and on time multifamily projects
• Project planning - Look aheads and scheduling
• Sub contractor management | Site inspections |
• Clear understanding of local and government regulations
• Organized, motivated, and forward thinking attributes.
• Experience using ]computer construction software packages
