Konik is partnered with an established construction company who is adding an Owner's Representative for education, commercial, and government projects. Our client offers a hybrid schedule and ability to grow within the organization.
Construction Owner's Representative Responsibilities:
Lead master planning and design efforts for large projects
Prepare contracts, RFPs, and communication plans with Owner input
Manage the design of buildings and structures, and monitor schedules and budgets
Work with building tenants; prepare and evaluate any changes in contracts and project work
Construction Owner's Representative Requirements:
2-6 years of experience in construction management, architecture, and/or design
Ability to communicate gently with external teams in government projects
Bachelor's Degree in Construction/Architecture or similar
Experience in estimating and working large projects
