Job Details

Requirements
8+ years' experience managing construction projects for Life Science, Healthcare, or Higher Education clients
Engineering and/or Architectural background
Knowledge of construction industry/processes - contracts, ordering materials, project scheduling/budgeting, cost tracking, design review, etc...
Capability to work with clients and manage field personnel
Assist with business development efforts
Day-to-day
Help to plan and execute projects in tandem with the client(s) - design review, finalizing subcontracts, establishing budgets, confirming scope, scheduling materials/contractors, QA/QC, etc...
