Construction Project Manager

With 45 years of exceptional building experience, Edifice has become a leading regional general contractor in the Southeast. We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC.

Responsibilities would regularly include: budget maintenance, project buyout, account receivables, subcontractor procurement and contracting, shop drawing and submittal process, schedule development and maintenance, safety plan implementation, quality assurance plan implementation, customer satisfaction and overall project team relations.

Minimum Requirements:

• College degree in relevant industry or equivalent work experience
• 10 years experience in the construction industry
