I’m working with a prominent Earthwork and Site Development contractor in Orlando to fill a Project Manager role. This company is one of the fastest-growing in Florida, known for its solid backlog of projects and strong reputation in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience managing Earthwork or Site Development projects, including large commercial, residential, and subdivision developments.
Responsibilities
Oversee all stages of project life cycle
Manage project budget
Provide timely status reports to stakeholders
Qualifications
5+ years of experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Detail-oriented and strong communication skills
