I'm partnered with a top tier NYC based GC/CM looking for an experienced Senior Superintendent. In addition to their extensive project portfolio, this client is at the forefront of the industry.

Experience Required:

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience working on Mid-rise / Affordable Housing projects and/or commercial projects as general/lead superintendent.
• DOB required
• Familiar with local laws, regulations and construction design
• Experience working directly with clients and Owners. Seeing projects from preconstruction to closeout.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering high-quality, on-time, and within-budget.
• Proficient with construction programs (BlueBeam, ProCore, ect.)
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
• Experience in coordinating and overseeing subcontractors, vendors, and tradespeople to ensure efficient project execution and adherence to quality standards

Salary/Benefits:

• $180k-$250k base salary
