Join our client’s dynamic team in Bucks County, PA, as a Construction Superintendent. In this role, you will be on-site every day, driving the work and ensuring the successful completion of single-family and multi-family home projects.
Responsibilities as the Construction Superintendent:
Daily Site Management: Oversee and drive daily construction activities on-site, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget.
Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate the efforts of the construction team, fostering a productive and efficient work environment.
Quality Control: Ensure that all work meets high-quality standards and complies with safety regulations.
Problem Solving: Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise on the construction site promptly.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
Qualifications for the Construction Superintendent:
Experience: 3-5 years of experience in building single-family and multi-family homes in suburban Philadelphia.
Leadership: Proven experience managing a construction team and driving project success.
Growth-Oriented: Demonstrated eagerness for growth and willingness to take initiative.
Skills: Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
