- Is energetic and a self-starter.
- Is an effective communicator.
- Requires minimal supervision and excellent leadership skills
- Is computer literate, with experience in Outlook, Project. Experience with Procore is an advantage.
- Maintains a safe working environment.
- Has experience in construction in the capacity of a superintendent.
