If so, my client, a leading commercial construction company in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a driven and results-oriented Construction Superintendent to join their growing team. You'll play a pivotal role in overseeing all aspects of their Raleigh construction projects, from planning and execution to successful completion.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or related field in commercial construction.
Proven track record of successfully completing complex construction projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
Strong understanding of safety regulations and best practices for the Raleigh construction industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Valid North Carolina driver's license and a safe driving record.
