Construction Superintendent

We are partnered with one of the lead GC's in the Midwest looking for their next Construction Superintendent.

They work in Industrial Construction covering; Automotive, Manufacturing and Distribution Centers. If your experience covers these markets then we would love to discuss the opportunity with you.

Requirements:

• A solid understanding of civil/site work, architectural finishes, and mechanical and electrical systems is required.
• In-depth knowledge of all construction aspects—including technology, equipment, negotiations, engineering, cost control, scheduling, and safety—is essential.
• Excellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and supervisory skills are crucial.
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills are also essential.
