Construction Superintendent (Traveling) - Superintnedent

We are looking for a Construction Superintendent (Traveling) to join our team and oversee multiple projects. The qualified candidate must have experience in managing construction projects in multi-story and self-storage construction. The Construction Superintendent (Traveling) will lead, manage, and motivate project teams, ensuring all work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and meets quality standards.

• Position Overview: The Construction Superintendent (Traveling) will report to the Senior Project Manager and will travel to all job sites to ensure that the job is running on schedule.
• Key Responsibilities:
• Manage, plan, coordinate, and evaluate multiple construction projects
• Review plans and specifications to ensure quality and safety standards are achieved
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project objectives
• Maintain project budgets and schedules to ensure timely completion
• Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and building codes
• Manage the daily operations of all construction activities
• Ensure safety protocols are followed at all times
• Qualifications:
• Must have 5+ years of experience in multi-story and self-storage construction
• Must possess strong knowledge of construction techniques, methods, tools, and materials
• Must be highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have the ability to travel to multiple job sites
