The Consultant, Leadership Advisory brings impactful solutions to clients by serving on project teams with more seasoned practitioners to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations. Consultants take the initiative in proposing a solution or project plan internally and autonomously implement it once solution/plan is agreed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Contribute to Client Impact:

  • Demonstrates a solid understanding across all WittKieffer services.
  • Makes sustained progress toward developing expertise in at least one Leadership Advisory offering to support solutions that deliver measurable client impact.
  • Participates in teams across WittKieffer to understand client needs and develop solutions.


Deliver Client Solutions:

  • Works with and coordinates activities with colleagues across teams, managing peers and more junior resources on projects as appropriate.
  • Delivers the highest quality work for clients at all times.


Support Client Management:

  • Supports research on client/sector business issues, with a view to identifying other areas for positive impact on our clients' business.
  • Develops a network of client relationships to understand their needs and consequently increase opportunities to support them.


Develop Business and Position the Brand:

  • Contributes to proposals that are focused on client needs and deliver the very best client solutions and impact.
  • Identifies opportunities to extend or enhance a project and contributes to those discussions.
  • Participates and provides input to thought leadership.


Manage Projects and Financials:

  • Provides input to project plans and delivers against them.
  • Ensures all systems and processes (e.g., timesheets, invoicing, etc.) are completed accurately and on time.


Develops Self and Others:

  • Demonstrates WittKieffer's values.
  • Consistently behaves as a positive member of a diverse, equitable and inclusive place to work.
  • Actively seeks opportunities to develop themselves and more junior colleagues.
  • Develops an internal brand and participates as a truly collaborative, supportive member of the team.

Requirements

Experienced professional with 5-6 years of experience in the consulting industry


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred.
  • 5+ years' postgraduate working experience.
  • Experience creating exceptional written materials.
  • Strong PowerPoint and Excel capability.
  • Hogan certification preferred
  • Strong focus on Assessment experience
