Mandatory Requirements Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Develop and implement the SAP and MES Data migration strategy in collaboration with the Data Migration Manager. Document the Data entity model and ensure design and development integration with the functional teams. Define migration scopes and strategies for each data object within the project. Manage and lead the Data Migration Expert team to deliver project objectives. Work closely with functional and business teams to execute the migration strategy. Provide weekly reports on data migration activities. Desirable Requirements Experience in coordinating and executing Data Migration Test cycles in accordance with ERP deployment testing and DM strategies. Proficient in developing and maintaining Data Migration test scripts. Strong ability to coordinate test script executions effectively.
