What you’ll be doing
This amazing company are all about making energy systems in the UK more sustainable. This role will give you a chance to work with a company who are considering things like fuel poverty, and are all about net zero. Want to work for a company who are working on tackling the big problems?
This role is all about understanding what people want and the value of energy, looking into research, insights from data and more. You’ll be supporting the development and delivery of market research studies, able to draw insights from data and communicate and present this back to the business.
Bringing together your experience in consumer research, you’ll be doing a lot of research, discovery work and providing insight into the energy space. You’ll work with external companies and agencies to provide data and information around energy, innovation and ideas. You’ll be working to understand what customers value and what consumers want.
In this role, you’ll be working alongside people who are covering consumer research, service design, external communications and more. You’ll be assisting with their work, designing and deliver research pieces and qualitative and quantitative research.
What experience you’ll need to apply This role is looking for a consumer insight individual, ideally someone who has worked in a research manager role, or similar.
Minimum of a year working in a consumer research role Experience with consumer data and research Proven experience designing and delivering market research studies Confident to manage your own workload Comfortable interpreting data and presenting insights Understanding or interest in working in the energy space Ideally someone working in an environmentally focused/energy industry Bonus for experience with new product design Bonus for experience with innovative services

They’ll offer up to £40,000 for the right person. They also have a fantastic package including 28 days holiday (plus bank holidays), flexible working, discretionary bonus and more!
There will be a requirement of one day a week in the office.
