Description
Candidate must be willing to build, create and pivot within traditional healthcare. Experienced project management lead that will carry out all project elements related to the design and integration of a system-wide consumer telehealth strategy. Project will encompass an omni-channel evaluation, synchronization and implementation throughout the organization's product lines and services. Must have a command of organizational agility, be collaborative and assertive, and have experience working to complete projects across various departments and specialties. Ability to influence and support teams spanning the health system is a key component to being successful in meeting project deadlines. Estimated salary range for this position is $59148.93 - $76893.61 / year depending on experience.
Qualifications
Degrees: Bachelors Additional Qualifications: Bachelors req, MBA or Masters Degree in relevant field preferred. Project Management certification such as, Six Sigma and/or PMP Certification a plus. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Self- motivated, ability to learn new concepts/job requirements quickly.Extensive project leadership skills, ability to lead, advise on large scale enterprise-wide projects. Experience supporting client applications, facilitating, presenting and managing team meetings. Advising individuals with varied technical/operational backgrounds. Extensive experience in vendor management, contract negotiations and risk mitigation. Minimum Required Experience: 5 years
