Content and Event Marketing Interns (Unpaid, Remote - must be local to TPA)

At OVER-SERVED, 

we're breaking stereotypes and redefining the game of pickleball, one serve at a time. Dabble in Over-Served, where creativity flows and every moment is worth sharing.

We're looking for a Content Marketing Intern to join us in challenging the norm and making our mark on social media and an Event Marketing Intern to ensure every OSPB event, is the place to be.

THE ROLES:

(1) Our Content Marketing Intern

will aid in capturing the essence of Over-Served and should be passionate about sharing it with the world. You'll be the mastermind behind our Instagram and TikTok, curating and creating content that makes people stop scrolling. 

We’ll Need Ya To......

Gather new and leverage existing social content for Over-Served’s Instagram and TikTok accounts

• Ability to take high-quality photos and videos that align with the brand’s aesthetic and messaging.
• Basic editing skills to enhance content before posting.

Upload content into our social planner weekly for approval + schedule posts

• Strong writing skills to craft compelling and on-brand captions, posts, and stories.
• Ability to convey the brand voice and tone effectively.

Stay ahead of the curve

• By keeping up-to-date with the latest social media trends, viral content, and platform updates to ensure the brand stays relevant and competitive.

(2) Our Event Marketing Intern

will assist in the planning and execution of several Pop-Up Events and OSPB Tournament + Happy Hours. Plus, you'll be our eyes and ears, scouting like-minded brands and spots for potential partnerships and event hook-ups.

• ISO - someone who's stoked about spreading the Good Word and chatting it up with anyone who'll lend an ear!!

We’ll Need Ya To......

• Attend pop-up events and tournaments to raise brand awareness, sell products, and speak to our brand story.
• Assist in coordinating and planning upcoming pickleball tournaments and happy hours.
• Help reach out to like-minded brands for potential event/partnership opportunities, (i.e. location scouting, upcoming local events etc.)

This unpaid, remote (but TPA local) internship offers a very flexible schedule / tackle what you can, when you can sorta gig -

applicants should be local to Tampa in order to assist in gathering content/attending pop-ups + tournaments as needed.
