Get Engaged Media is seeking a dynamic Content Capture Producer to join our
team, focusing primarily on creating engaging content for consumer packaged goods (CPG)
brands. This role involves producing high-quality social media content, including vertical form
videos, and managing the entire production process from concept through delivery.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute innovative content strategies for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, etc.) to enhance brand engagement
Travel to content shoots and oversee the production process, ensuring alignment with brand goals and client expectations
Collaborate closely with Team Supervisors, Account Managers, and Clients to ensure seamless integration and execution of content
Stay abreast of the latest social media trends and technologies to continually innovate and improve content delivery
Manage logistics for both small and large-scale productions, including planning, scheduling, and budgeting
Edit content in multiple formats, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with the brand’s ethos
Maintain organized workflows to meet deadlines and client specifications, managing multiple projects concurrently
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in production/editing, with a proven track record of producing content for digital platforms
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and creativity
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle high-pressure situations with tight deadlines
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and experience with graphic elements, color correction, and audio mixing
Willingness to travel frequently and work on-site at various locations as required
