Position Summary
We're seeking a full-time Content Coordinator (official title: Campus Marketing Coordinator) for our Los Angeles-based corporate office.
The Campus Marketing Coordinator will help plan and execute promotional events and activations that drive brand awareness and deliver measurable results amongst the college community. This position reports to the Campus Marketing Supervisor and works collaboratively with individuals throughout the company.
Job Responsibilities
Plan and execute on and off campus events, promotions, and campaigns for the SHEIN Campus Ambassador Program
Create content and utilize social media platforms to connect with college students and build a strong online presence for the program
Conduct market research to stay informed about campus trends
Monitor and analyze the performance of campus marketing efforts, providing regular reports and insights to optimize future campaigns
Communicate with ambassadors and addresses issues in a timely manner
Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
2+ years of experience in event planning and coordination and relevant social media experience including Instagram and TikTok
Strong understanding of college campus culture
Highly organized, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
