Role Overview: 

We are seeking a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team. This role will focus on managing and growing our presence on TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, scheduling, and engagement. This position offers the flexibility to work mostly remotely, with regular virtual and occasional in-person meetings. 

 

Key Responsibilities: 

 

  • Social Media Management: Develop, execute, and manage social media strategies for TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn. 
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and visually appealing content, including photos, videos, graphics, and written posts, that align with our brand and resonate with our audience. 
  • Scheduling: Plan and schedule content across all social media platforms to ensure consistent posting and maximum reach. 
  • Engagement: Actively engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and authentic manner. 
  • Photography & Graphics: Utilize photography skills and tools such as Adobe software or Canva to create high-quality visual content. 
  • Team Collaboration: Attend regular virtual meetings with the team to discuss content strategy, performance, and new ideas. 
  • Analytics: Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, and provide insights and recommendations for improvement. 

 

Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in content creation and social media management, preferably in the interior design or lifestyle sector. 
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro) and/or Canva. 
  • Strong photography and videography skills. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. 
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail. 
  • Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools. 
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills.
