Our company's leading wine brands include Stella Rosa, San Antonio, San Simeon, Maddalena, and Highlands 41.

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the San Antonio Winery Hospitality team. We are looking for someone who loves food, wine and storytelling. This individual should be someone who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. This is an onsite position in Los Angeles.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Current duties may be changed if the job requires and/or additional duties may be assigned if necessary.

  • Content Creation: Develop original and captivating content, including reels, TikTok videos, FB & Instagram, social media posts, and memes.
  • Storytelling: Craft compelling stories that resonate with our audience, highlighting the unique aspects of San Antonio Winery our wine and our food.
  • Social Media Management: Manage and curate content for our social media platforms, ensuring a consistent and engaging presence.
  • Storyboards: Create and maintain detailed storyboards to guide content creation and ensure a cohesive narrative across all platforms.
  • Editorial Assistance: Assist with the development and editing of editorial content, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and vision.
  • Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on the latest social media trends and tools and incorporate them into our content strategy to maximize engagement.
  • Maintain and support the San Antonio Winery website and social media handles.
  • Reply to comments on social media handles and engage with followers.
  • Responsible for creating and sending out newsletters to mailing list
  • Build out social media calendars and work with stakeholders on planning for future events, postings, emails.
  • Support with maintenance of delivery apps.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2-3 years in social media management and content creation.
  • Proficiency in creating various forms of digital content, particularly for social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills – this position requires you to develop and nurture relationships with many media partners
  • Capable of working independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.
  • Strong ability to follow up and give clear feedback if needed.
  • Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with others.
  • Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.
  • Comfortable working in an in-person and mobile, interactive environment.
  • Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the company.
  • High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.
  • Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role and solutions oriented.
  • Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.
  • Competent with Microsoft Office and Canva.
  • Experience with video editing software.
  • Bilingual a plus

Pay Range

$21—$25 USD
