Content Creator - Producer Editor

Creative and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Creator Producer-Editor. This role involves developing engaging and shareable content across social media, digital, traditional, and merging platforms. The ideal candidate should possess strong video editing skills, a keen understanding of social media and overall content trends, and the ability to create visually appealing executions that align with our brand. This role involves transforming imaginative concepts into captivating video content while adhering to Zumba's brand guidelines and production standards. The ideal candidate will independently shoot, edit, and produce content, collaborating closely with the consumer senior producer, social media department, and creative partners to execute effective content strategies across various platforms.

Ideation and Concept Developmen

  • t:Lead brainstorming sessions to collaborate in the generation of innovative ideas for social media content campaign
  • s.Research industry trends, competitor strategies, and cultural phenomena to inspire new content concept
  • s.Develop creative concepts, themes, and narratives that resonate with our target audience and align with brand objective

s.Content Creatio

  • n:Develop and produce high-quality, engaging, and original content for various digital, traditional, and social media platform
  • s.Collaborate with the marketing team to understand brand guidelines and messaging objective
  • s.Experiment with new styles and techniques available to us to keep up with the ever-evolving changes in the industr

y.Video Production/Editin

  • g:Responsible for editing/producing and post-producing short-form, long-form, and storytelling vid
  • eoCollaborate with the social media department and social media partners to develop creative concepts and successfully execute the
  • m.Fully manage projects including pre-production, production, and post-productio
  • n.Occasionally direct live shoot
  • s.Organize material from all projects produced and build masters and sub-masters for archiva
  • l.Ensure a consistent and cohesive visual style across all video

s.Scripting and Storyboardin

  • g:Create compelling scripts and storyboards for video conten
  • t.Collaborate with the creative team to brainstorm and conceptualize idea

s.Collaboratio

  • n:Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to align content with overall business objective
  • s.Know the current available market-price ranges to keep costs honest and within our budget mean
  • s.Proactively communicates project status across necessary teams, executives, and department
