Content Creator (TikTok) - Contract

Samsung, PepsiCo, Epic Games, Activision, JBL, Pizza Hut, Cetaphil: these are just some of the brands we work with daily and we need creative, strategic, data-led individuals to help shape award-winning campaigns that keep them coming back for more!

Kairos operate a hybrid culture in our New York office, as we understand the value of both home and in-office working. Our team attend the office three days a week.

What We Need

We are on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Content Creator across TikTok. If you have a passion for creating visually stunning content on social media platforms, particularly TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts, and want to kickstart your career in the exciting realm of social media, we want to hear from you. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our client-focused content, contributing fresh ideas and executing engaging visuals to captivate our audiences. YOU MUST BE CONFIDENT APPEARING IN FRONT OF A CAMERA. Our client has a multitude of brands which span across children's toys right through to NSFW Adult Humour, therefore we're looking for someone who can bring versatility and confidence to the channel.

Responsibilities

• Channel Hosting:
• You will be the face of multiple brand channels, we're looking for someone who has shown a keen interest in growing their own presence on social. Sharing examples of content you've created will be a major plus for this role
• Creative Strategy and Ideation:
• Utilize your understanding of social platforms and trends to brainstorm and develop creative video concepts that align with client expectations
• Contribute to client pitches and strategy sessions by generating example content that showcases our social media capabilities
• Pitch your ideas directly to clients, listen to feedback and react accordingly
• Content Creation:
• Bring video ideas to life for our client's social media channels by interpreting briefs from the social media team
• Generate imaginative and trend-forward ideas for short-form videos that resonate with a brand's identity
• Utilize your smartphone to shoot high-quality, visually appealing content and edit videos using mobile and desktop apps
• Platform Mastery:
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, challenges, and features on platforms like TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Leverage the tools, filters, and effects provided by these platforms to enhance the visual appeal of content
• Learning and Growth:
• Be open to learning and developing your skills in the dynamic field of social media content creation
• Absorb feedback and guidance from senior team members to enhance your content creation abilities
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in front of a camera:
• Whether it's content on TikTok or YouTube, we're looking for someone who has demonstrated experience in being in front of a camera
• Mobile Content Creation:
• Experience in shooting and editing content using a smartphone and where required the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency in video editing apps and a keen eye for visual storytelling
• Vertical Video Expertise:
• Eagerness to acquire knowledge of social platforms, trends, and creative capabilities, especially in the realm of vertical video content
• Creativity:
• Ability to think creatively and generate content that stands out in a crowded digital space
• Adaptability:
• Openness to adapting to evolving trends and utilizing new features on TikTok and other relevant platforms
• Communication Skills:
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey brand messaging through creative content

Benefits

• Salary range: $50,000 - $80,000 Pro-Rata OR a fixed rate per video
