Content Director

Top Stack has been retained by a real estate company to assist them in hiring a Content Manager. This role is full-time, hybird, & offers great starting salary!

Job Description: The Content Manager supports the execution of content across owned, paid, and organic channels. As a member of the creative team, the Content Manager copywriter will create content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media).

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities: Understand and execute the unique brand voice of individual properties.

• Create content for paid search, social, video and display. Platforms include Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, Linkedin.
• Concept and create engaging email and social campaigns across the portfolio.
• Draft and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts.
• Build emails through hy.ly CRM system.
• Provide verbiage for internal communications, signage, and B2B materials.
• Write original copy and edit content for a range of corporate marketing and communications materials.

Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 - 10 years professional content development experience with solid portfolio of work.
• Exceptional writing and research skill.
• Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
• Excellent organizational skill and multitasking ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.

Preferred Qualifications: Social media or content marketing experience.

• Experience writing promotional emails with a focus in high-end retail, real estate or other relevant experiential industries.
• Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard style guides.
• Experience working with content management systems.
