Compensation: Up to $85,000 Annually + Benefits

We work with highly skilled marketing, digital marketing, and sales professionals and match them with our clients from diverse industries across the United States. Our selection process incorporates comprehensive resume screening, shortlisting, conducting video-recorded interviews and providing client information, administering written assessments (if required by the client), arranging client interviews, and facilitating job offers and placements.


The Client

The client is a nationally recognized leader in multifamily development, innovation, and sustainability, creating world-class mixed-use developments in top MSAs in the U.S., driven by class-A multifamily rental housing. As one of the largest vertically integrated developer-builder-owner-operators in the U.S., the client is a leader in both ground-up and adaptive reuse projects, has developed over $5bn of projects over the last 15 years, and has an owned $2b pre-construction development pipeline of ~2,500 units in Philadelphia and Washington, DC.


Role Overview

The Content Manager supports the Content Director in the execution of content across owned, paid, and organic channels across the client’s portfolio. As a member of the creative team, this role will help execute content for a variety of projects (including print, web, mobile, video, and social media). Thorough research will be required to understand each individual property’s brand, unique products and services, and marketing goals.

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities

  • Understand and execute the unique brand voice of individual properties.
  • Assist in the development and execution of content for paid search, organic and paid social, video, and display, with a specific focus on social media. Platforms include Meta, Google, Microsoft, TikTok, Pinterest, Snap, and LinkedIn.
  • Execute engaging email and social campaigns across the portfolio.
  • Draft and schedule Facebook and Instagram posts.
  • Build and send emails through the CRM and email platforms.
  • Understand the property’s needs and target audiences through online searches, reviews of existing research, and in-person meetings.
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high-volume workload.
  • Perform other duties or projects as assigned.


Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, English, communications, or a related discipline.
  • 2–5 years of professional content development experience with a solid portfolio of work.
  • Exceptional writing and research skills.
  • Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
  • Excellent organizational skills and multitasking ability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat Pro.


Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience writing promotional emails with a focus on high-end retail, hospitality, real estate, or other relevant experiential industries.
  • Proofreading experience and familiarity with standard-style guides.
  • Experience working with content management systems and social platforms.
  • A keen eye for detail and appreciation of great design.
  • Self-motivated, creative, confident, and energetic personality.


Benefits

After a sixty-day probationary period, full-time employees are eligible for all standard benefits, including:

  • A twenty (20) percent employee-housing discount at any of the client’s properties.
  • A 401(k) program through Nationwide Financial, where the client will match one hundred (100) percent of the employee’s contributions up to four (4) percent.
  • Medical insurance through IBC and Dental/Vision insurance through Principal, where the client will contribute up to 70% towards the employee’s monthly premium. The premiums are covered at 40% for employees with dependents.
  • Short-term disability, long-term disability, accidental death insurance, life insurance, and employee assistance programs through Principal are paid in full by the client.
  • Up to $5,000 per semester for tuition reimbursement.
  • Up to $500 per resident referral.
  • Up to $500 per employee referral.
  • Paid maternity and paternity leave.

  • Paid training for courses such as CPR and First Aid and OSHA 10 and 30.
