In order to continue its growth, we're looking for a Content Producer to take over both management and innovation for the brand. This is not for the faint of heart; we are looking for someone ready for the challenge who sees this as a career-making opportunity to manage and produce content while working side by side with Ravi in making this vision a reality. You need to have a "jack of all trades" skill set, an understanding of brand, media, and social media platforms, and know how to build and manage a team of highly motivated individuals.

 

ROLE:

The Content Producer role will start doing a little of everything: videography, editing, data analysis, quality control, copywriting, repurposing, posting, and team management.

 

As the brand grows, they will transition into more of a managerial role, building a team underneath them that handles most of the day-to-day, and focusing most of their time on innovation and strategic growth.

 

The Content Producer will ensure posting schedules are being met, key metrics are being hit, and the brand is being represented well.

 

The Content Producer will work alongside the CEO, Ravi Abuvala, proposing new ideas and acting as his voice.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate, edit, publish, and share content daily, ensuring brand consistency and on-topic brand presence.
  • Oversee the entire content creation process, from topic selection to publication.
  • Collaborate with content creators like Ravi to brainstorm and select topics, ensuring documentation and sharing with the media team.
  • Coordinate and sometimes conduct filming, ensuring proper location setup, lighting, and audio equipment.
  • Manage the editing process, providing Video Editors and Graphic Designers with clear briefs.
  • Ensure platform-specific content so that followers will get access to different content depending on which platform they are on.
  • Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure the highest quality content.
  • Provide constructive feedback for revisions to Video Editors and Graphic Designers to ensure their adherence to quality standards.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance, using insights for future content planning and improvement.
  • Lead regular huddles and weekly creative meetings to review content, discuss results, and prioritize deliveries.
  • Ensure clear communication and coordination among team members for efficient workflow.
  • Manage and update the content calendar, ensuring timely publication of all content forms.
  • Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align social media strategies and ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee and innovate the design of social media accounts, ensuring an attractive and cohesive visual branding.
  • Stay abreast of the latest digital technologies and social media trends, integrating new features to develop brand awareness.
  • Oversee the addition and management of B-roll content, ensuring easy accessibility and usage in videos.
  • Collaborate with the Leadership Team to align content with the overall vision and strategy.


RESULTS:

  • Content is congruent and on-brand
  • Content schedule is adhered to and consistent
  • 90 Instagram Posts/month
  • 30 LinkedIn Posts/month
  • 8 YouTube Videos/month
  • 90 YouTube Shorts/month
  • All content is platform-specific and based on top 20% of previous content
  • Average content metrics increase by a minimum of 50% in next 12 months (calls-to-action, shares, follows, accounts reached)
  • Platform-specific, post-specific metrics are meticulously documented and reviewed for increased performance
  • At least 50% of content posted does not require Ravi Abuvala


QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience as a Content Producer or similar role


Proficient with social media platforms and best practices


Able to "speak the language" of the various creatives on the team


Innovative thinker, self-starter


Consumes and/or creates content in their free time


Incredibly strong task management skills


Incredibly strong copywriting skills


Incredibly strong data analytical skills


Experience in hiring and managing a team


Willingness to work hard, travel, and show up at odd times of day and night

 

SALARY:

$60,000 to $100,000 | The larger range is due to the fact that we are open to a sharing a percentage of sales that are attributed to organic content.

 

You will also travel to some incredible locations and stay in some of the nicest hotels in the world.

 

HOURS:

M-F 7AM-5PM EST, with flexibility to work weekends when needed.
