Title: Content Production Specialist

FLSA Classification: Exempt

Department: Marketing

Reports to: Director of Content

Salary: $65,000- $72,500+ bonus

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Content Production Specialist to edit and coordinate content for BeatBox Beverages' social and content teams. This individual will report to the Director of Content, and edit a variety of videos in addition to coordinating and organizing all content production. This includes managing, logging and transcribing internal content/assets within our creative library, as well as managing daily requests from various departments.

The right candidate will work closely with BeatBox internal marketing team to conceptualize and create impactful digital content that connects with our target audience and drives brand growth online. The ideal candidate is equal parts a storyteller and an editor - versed in popular platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasting, and more.

Deep understanding of editing systems (Adobe Suite), the creator economy, social best practices and platforms are a must. Looking for a highly stylized editor who can bring meme/internet humor to life through social edits. Shooting/content creation experience is also valued.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position does not have direct supervisory responsibilities but is subject to change.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Develop and edit the short-form and long-form content for all social media channels - Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, podcasting, Twitter, and more

• Assist Director of Content in any and all production & organization tasks
• Help Conceptualize and execute creative video and content briefs for social media to support new market launches, new flavors, and major marketing events
• Shoot social-first native content, interviews, viral videos, music festivals, etc.
• Stay current on high-performing and trending content formats across social platforms
• Draft contracts for freelance creatives, create pitch decks for new creator hires
• Keep learning creative ways to tell visual stories through text, music, graphic design and motion graphics — and effectively apply new techniques to videos.
• Organize, log, export, transcribe footage and files in content/asset library as well as daily creative requests from other teams
  
  

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Skilled in all things Adobe Creative Suite, with specific experience in Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
• Must have deep understanding of internet culture, memes and social platforms
• Video production/shooting skills preferred
• Motion Graphics experience preferred
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Expert knowledge of high-performing and trending content formats across social media platforms
