Content Specialist

Seeking a savvy Content Specialist to create content for digital experiences (web & mobile) at a Fortune 500 Financial Services company. To ensure success as a content specialist, you should show a keen eye for detail and be highly creative. A skilled content specialist should be an expert storyteller and possess excellent knowledge of consumer and content trends.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting with the creative, marketing, and design teams to ideate and define content goals.
• Creating and writing content for a variety of digital platforms including websites and mobile (Text messages, push notifications, and emails).
• Create content for informational letters sent to customers.
• Proofreading and editing content before publishing.
• Coordinating with the marketing, design, and writing teams to ensure the timely delivery of assignments.
• Keeping up to date with content trends, consumer preferences, and advancements in technology.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• 1-2+ years of experience creating and writing content
• A portfolio of published work
• Familiarity with content management system Figma
• Excellent computer skills with MS Office and Google Suite
• Good knowledge of various content platforms such as social media, blogs, and print media
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to keep abreast of content and consumer trends and advancements in technology
