Are you ready to substantially impact manufacturing and operational processes? We seek a Continuous Improvement Engineer to support our Plant and Operations leadership. In this role, you will identify and implement strategies to improve efficiencies, reduce costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
Manufacturing Management and Assembly Experience: Proven background in managing and overseeing manufacturing processes and assembly operations.
Lean Manufacturing Expertise: Strong understanding and application of Lean manufacturing principles.

Identify and Facilitate Improvement Projects: Tackle projects aimed at reducing lead-times, improving inventory turnover, minimizing scrap and rework, achieving direct labor cost savings, and enhancing equipment reliability.
Lead Project Teams: Work alongside the CI Manager to guide continuous improvement project teams and conduct training sessions to drive cultural change through practical, "learn by doing" exercises and workshops.
Conduct Root Cause Analysis: Troubleshoot manufacturing and business issues through advanced data collection and analysis for process mapping, ensuring smooth material flow, optimized project plans, and efficient production capacity and facility design.
Value Stream Mapping: Lead value stream mapping initiatives to define "As-Is" processes and transition to "Future State" improvements.
Develop and Conduct Compliance Audits: Ensure all processes meet required standards through rigorous compliance audits.
