Job Overview: The Contract Analyst will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of contracts, from initial drafting to execution and ongoing maintenance. The ideal candidate will have a competent understanding of contract structure and terminology, strong writing skills, and substantial experience with contract management systems.

Responsibilities And Duties

  • Manage contracts lifecycle through various processes from initial draft through to execution and filing including necessary amendments and renewals.
  • Assist with draft and review of a wide range of contracts including but not limited to commercial/customer agreements, vendor/service agreements, HIPAA Business Associate Agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and amendments.
  • Collaborate with sales, finance, and other department leaders to align contract terms and conditions with business objectives within established turnaround times.
  • Spot issues that do not align with company interests and elevate concerns to appropriate business owner(s).
  • Maintain and update contract files and databases, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Maintain and update contract templates, ensuring accuracy and accessibility.
  • Provide training and support to company employees on contract management processes and best practices.
  • Utilize SalesForce and Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) systems
  • Maintain high level of internal customer support-responsiveness, timeliness.
  • Respond to internal stakeholder questions, inquiries, and requests regarding contractual terms and conditions, and escalate any specific issues to leadership or deputy general counsel.
  • Ability to respond to Mountain and Western Time Zone contract requests.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract management or a related field.
  • Familiarity with SalesForce and CLM systems.
  • Strong understanding of legal terminology and principles related to contracts.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain high level of internal customer support-responsiveness by operating with a sense of urgency, and ability to prioritize work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills/Experience: The following are not required but would be a plus:

  • Writing background, such as technical writing, English major/minor
  • Certification in contract management
  • Project Management Experience
  • Paralegal certification
  • Revenue Cycle experience

Work Environment: This role typically operates in a home office environment and may require occasional travel.

Physical Requirements: The position may require prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Savista is required by state specific laws to include the hourly range for this role when hiring a resident in applicable locations. The salary range for this role is from $ 28.85 - $36.05. However, specific compensation for the role will vary within the above range based on many factors including but not limited to geographic location, candidate experience, applicable certifications, and skills.
