Contract Manager

Optomi, in partnership with a leading innovator in the telecommunications industry.

As a Contracts Manager at, you will play a pivotal role in managing and overseeing all aspects of our contractual agreements. Your expertise will be critical in ensuring that our contracts are compliant, advantageous, and aligned with our business objectives. You will work closely with various teams to support our operations and growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of contracts including but not limited to service agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Manage the supplier lifecycle, RFP, and contracts process within Ariba.
• Monitor contract performance and enforce contractual obligations.
• Develop and implement contract management processes and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with contracts.
• Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on contract-related matters.
• Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
• Continuously improve contract management strategies and tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Strong understanding of contract law and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in contract management software and MS Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
