Position Summary

Contractor - Hybrid

The work you’ll do as a contractor under a Deloitte project team includes leading, directing, and reviewing all activities associated with delivering technology products.

Key Responsibilities As a Contractor

• Defines and analyzes business and user requirements for new and enhanced products.
• Collaborates with the Engagement Manager in creating and presenting the appropriate project on-boarding processes and materials (Charter, SOW).
• Leads and is responsible for all Testing and QA activities within the project lifecycle. Works with and directs offshore QA resources to develop and execute Test Plans, Test
• Scripts and all other deliverables and activities related to Quality Assurance of the Products.
• Works with the Engagement Manager and clients to plan and execute User Acceptance Testing.
• Assists Engagement Manager with status reporting as required by Deloitte Applications Studio leadership.
• Responds proactively to both business and project issues and escalates appropriately.
• Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

The Team has confirmed that these are the minimum requirements. Qualified candidates will have background in the following:

Candidates must be available in either Tampa or Nashville office 3 days a week.

• Experience as a lead BSA/ Product Owner.
• Work closely with EM to ensure delivery of sprint and PI objectives and quality of deliverables.
• Work closely within POD and other pod BAs to ensure consistency across the program and address ongoing concerns.
• Help drive program initiatives – ensure priorities and backlog is aligned.
• Responsible for grooming, refinement, and demo sessions along with POD BSAs.
• ADO management.
• Internal and External stakeholder management along with pod business POs.
• Collaborating on cross POD dependencies.
• Change management, re-prioritization & test support, prod support.
• Understanding of SNOW and updating user tickets.
• Execution of Scrum and SAFe ceremonies – Scrum master and Product Owner responsibilities.
• General understanding of microservices, cloud, integrated apps.

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $60 to $76 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
