Rob Levine Law has an immediate need for a high-performing Controller. The company is rapidly growing, profitable and emerging as an industry leader. This is a hands-on management position that reports to the owner and CFO of the company.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing high-value transactional processing effectively.
  • Strong understanding of accounting cycles–revenues, expenses, job costing, payroll, and cash controls
  • Manage the payroll/benefits functions ensuring proper regulatory and tax compliance; executing timely monthly closes and GAAP/IFRS financial reports
  • Strengthening internal controls; ensure data integrity and integration among financial systems; and safeguarding the assets of the company.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field, (CPA preferred) – strong GAAP/IFRS skills are essential
  • 3 years of progressive accounting experience
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) Preferred, but not required.
  • Direct experience managing a Finance Team
  • Specific experience with service, retail and high-volume transactional processing with demonstrated success with promoting data integrity, contract compliance and the stream-lined automation of business processes
  • Demonstrated expert proficiency with accounting software, Project Management/CRM software and Microsoft software
  • Proven experience as a Controller or in a similar financial management role
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong technology/ systems skills
  • Effective leadership and team management abilities
  • Advanced proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient wit QB Enterprise and Microsoft Excel
