StevenDouglas has been engaged on a fantastic Controller search in Austin, Texas. This role will be working in a hybrid capacity (3 days in office, 2 days remote.)

What ? Reporting to the C Level suite, this role will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, financial reporting, and internal controls. The Controller will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the company, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial reporting, and maintaining effective internal controls. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to lead a team.

• Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidating financial statements in accordance with GAAP. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to the accounting team.

Who ?

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting related field
• CPA preferred
• Minimum 8-10+ years of Accounting experience
• Strong GAAP foundation
• Prior management experience
