What are the main 3-5 responsibilities of this resource:
Researching materials, placing orders, tracking deliveries, and responding to email triage.
Will work with excel/word, basics required.
Should be computer saavy, will use and be trained on several proprietary applications, should be able to keep up with the demands of self-guided learning, and have a proactive approach to learning. Can work independently and communicate effectively throughout their day on their progress.
Ability to stay organized and keep up with tasks and communicating on the completion and status of tasks.

- Provide administrative support as needed (typing, answering e-mails)
- Assist in the preparation of purchases orders
- Track deliveries in existing excel grids
- Assist in completion of projects as directed
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook
- Highly organized and detail oriented
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
- Must be reliable, flexible and able to handle confidential information
