Support learning and development for the First Tee chapter network. Organize materials, provision and track course completion, serve as the main customer support for chapter needs and questions related to adult learning. Coordinate logistics for instructors and contribute to the development of motivating course content and resources to strengthen chapter leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in education, instructional design, or a related field preferred
2+ years related experience
Prefer previous experience in supporting learning and development programs in an educational or non-profit setting
Familiarity with customer service roles, especially in handling inquiries and providing support
Proficiency in using facilitation and engagement tools such as Miro, PowerPoint, Mentimeter, etc.
Prefer experience in using learning management systems (LMS) and other tools for course tracking and project management as well as instructional design
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with chapter leaders and stakeholders
Organizational skills to manage materials, track course completion, and support chapter needs efficiently
Technical proficiency to assist with technology tools and support for educational offerings
Collaborative mindset to work effectively with internal teams
Problem-solving skills to address inquiries and challenges effectively
Adaptability and flexibility to work in a dynamic environment and respond to changing needs
Enthusiasm for learning and development initiatives, with a passion for supporting adult education
Attention to detail to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of course completion and progress
Customer-centric approach to provide excellent support and service to chapter members
Responsibilities/Duties
Assist to develop and coordinate content for education and training programs for adults in the First Tee network
Serve as the main customer service representative for chapter needs, questions and tracking
Serve as an assistant-producer focused on the facilitation of technology tools and chat support for educational offerings
Actively promote course enrollment, progression and path completion using tools like the LMS, badging, recognition and promotional activities
Collaborate with the instructional design team and understand the development and management of eLearning systems
Contribute to departmental operations, including staffing, budget management/ cost containment, and internal communication that contribute to success.
