Job Summary:
The Coordinator - Conference Services provides comprehensive support to the Conference Manager Team in both office and event spaces. They are responsible for producing and distributing written documents and correspondence for Conference Managers efficiently. This role involves managing electronic files, daily reports, and communicating with clients and hotel staff with professionalism and anticipatory skills to meet client needs during events. They build and maintain strong positive relationships with clients and hotel team members. This position works both weekdays and weekends based on business volume.

Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail and adept at problem-solving, self motivated
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure
- Commitment to continuous improvement, sustainability practices, community service, and exceptional guest services
- Proficiency in written English with strong spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills
- Resourceful, solution-oriented, with advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Availability to work weekdays and weekends as needed based on business demands
- Support Conference Manager Team with administrative tasks and event coordination
- Produce and distribute written documents and communications accurately and in a timely manner
- Manage electronic files and generate daily reports for the team
- Communicate effectively with clients and hotel staff to ensure successful event execution
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and hotel team members
- Uphold high standards of guest services and support sustainability initiatives
- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines
