Team Overview
The Coordinator, Creative Management on the Studios team sits on a pod of around 6 team members. The Disney Studios team is dedicated to releases from a variety of Disney owned production studios driving viewers to watch in theaters and/or stream on Disney+, as well as Disney+ brand advertising. The Coordinator reports to the Director of Creative Management. In this role the Coordinator will have the opportunity to learn and grow through a variety of avenues including attending the OMG23 media training program, attending internal and external meetings and by participating in brainstorm sessions.
THE JOB This position will support multiple Project Managers with the execution of Disney’s digital advertising campaigns. Strong communications skills are necessary, as this person will be responsible for routing information and assets to several media partners, clients and internal team members. We’re looking for someone who can remain calm under pressure and has the focus to maintain accuracy in his/her work. He or she should also be a quick learner, exhibit resourcefulness, and have exceptional follow-through.
Responsibilities Include
Support Project Managers in preparing assets and creative for launch
Maintain organization of assets on server (logos, fonts, film stills, PSDs)
Download and route creative (videos, banners) to publishers according to varying project timelines
QA creative and functionality of digital ads
Schedule internal and external meetings
Serve as primary contact for the day-to-day execution of smaller budget campaigns
Compile and communicate creative needs and deadlines for the Disney Marketing Team and Creative Agency
Route asset packs and creative direction to media partners creating custom ads
Provide clear tagging instructions to internal AdOps team for proper data collection
Maintain shared docs to ensure Creative Management has record of the most recent specs, nuances and partner contact info
Attend internal creative brainstorms and contribute ideas for integrated ad campaigns

Bachelor's degree ideally in the fields of Business or Communications
6 months to 1 year of intern/work experience
Strong MS Office skills
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
Demonstrated ability to articulate and communicate clearly when participating in internal and client-facing meetings
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong time-management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented and dependable
Ability to be agile and adaptable within a quick turnaround business environment
Flexible to evolving responsibilities and last-minute changes
Demonstrated proactive approach to problem solving and critical thinking
Excellent ability to convey complex ideas clearly and concisely
Familiarity with Basic Photoshop tools a plus
This is a hybrid role based in Burbank, CA.
This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
