This is a unique opportunity for an initiative-taking professional to join a growing team of professionals and make a meaningful impact on the business by delivering customized content to our Seattle private capital group and the clients that they serve. Your words and creativity will provide valuable, critical insight and engage target audiences. Our ideal candidate is a team-spirited, accomplished, and imaginative writer with a keen eye for detail.

This position will work closely with the graphic designer and research team to coordinate the preparation of complex and detailed marketing deliverable content. Materials are geared toward professional, clients and investors, which require a sophisticated and unique approach to craft the narrative.

This high-visibility position calls for a confident, strategic, and creative professional with excellent writing, project management, analytical and collaboration skills. To be successful, this individual should be an initiative-taker and will need to be able think strategically while focusing on several deliverables simultaneously

We are committed to growing your career, so in this role you will:

  • Conceive, develop and produce persuasive copy for offering memorandums, pitch presentations, and other marketing materials for multifamily real estate opportunities
  • Coordinate with Graphic Designer in developing project-specific unique design approaches; pairing the story with design. 
  • Research and analyze data on real estate market fundamentals to develop a compelling investment narrative and provide insights that support the investment thesis
  • Conduct rental market surveys, market research and analyze data to determine trends and provide accurate insights and executive summaries
  • Coordinate and streamline the flow of marketing and research projects, information and documents, creating a collaborative environment with the advisors and Graphic Designer
  • Coordinate the launch of all listings for all advisors and provide support as needed, post-closing, for press releases, social media postings, and mailers.
  • Coordinate gathering of information from advisors and other support staff for creation of marketing materials, presentation packages, and other documents
  • Collect feedback from Business Partners on team’s creative work and implement updates
  • Manage Business Partners’ social media posts, graphics, and content

  • Copywriting expertise with strong writing and grammar skills (case study assessment required)
  • Excellent analytical, communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively, understanding and bringing others' visions to life in written form
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe products (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) a plus
  • Strong project management and delegation skills, resourceful, flexible, and able to thrive under pressure
  • Commitment to high professional ethical standards and comfort working in a diverse environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, tech-savvy across multiple platforms
  • Ability to motivate and negotiate effectively with key stakeholders

The provided base salary information for this position is part of an overall national range. The actual salary within our range for this position will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to the scope, complexity and location of the role, the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate. The total compensation package for this role may also include additional incentive opportunities.

$75,000—$90,000 USD
