We are currently seeking a dynamic, creative, and highly motivated Copywriter with a strong background in manufacturing to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling content that aligns with our brand voice and marketing strategy. This position requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering high-quality copy for a variety of channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, product descriptions, and print materials.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging and persuasive copy that communicates our product values to our target audience.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to produce high-quality content across multiple platforms.
• Develop and maintain a clear and consistent brand voice.
• Conduct thorough research to understand our products, industry trends, and competitors.
• Write clear, attractive copy with a distinct voice for various mediums (such as ads, blog posts, newsletters).
• Interpret creative direction and adapt points from creative briefs into persuasive copy concepts.
• Collaborate with designers, PR, and other professionals on large- and small-scale marketing projects (e.g. email campaigns and landing pages).
• Edit and proofread copy as needed.
• Use SEO principles to maximize copy’s reach.
• Source images and other content.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of professional copywriting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience as a copywriter or related role within the retail sector.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Experience with social media platforms and understanding of social media strategies.
• Ability to create compelling images that align with content and resonate with our target audience.
• Strong knowledge of digital content writing and magazine editing.
• Exceptional creativity and innovation.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• An understanding of SEO and industry trends.
• Proficiency in relevant software programs.
