Robert Half Marketing & Creative has a client in need of a Copy & Metadata Coordinator. Primary responsibilities include owning and managing episode descriptions of video content libraries. This includes editing existing brand positioning statements per platform best practices and/or creation of new ones. You will also support metadata entry including the addition of metadata to new and upcoming content and back implementation on previously uploaded content.

Responsibilities include:

Copywriting:

• Author copy for streaming service, episode descriptions for streaming programming, and supporting the brand creative team as needed.
• Original copywriting and copyediting of AI-generated episode descriptions to meet platform specifications, brand voice, and additional criteria as needed.
• Obtain accurate and complete data for content creation through interfacing with Merchandising, QA, Taxonomy and Systems, Legal and Sales, as necessary.
• Prioritize and complete work in a fast-paced dynamic environment, managing the timely production of copy through the appropriate channels in order to meet clearly defined internal and external deadlines.
• Ensure best practices and brand-right messaging is appropriately implemented.

Metadata & QC:

• Backfill all missing metadata in the streaming platform.
• Enter metadata and other descriptive information within the streaming CMS.
• Support the Quality Control (QC) process for metadata to ensure that all data entries are accurate and up-to-date.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to add, refine and maintain metadata standards and processes for the streaming platform.
• Assist in creating, optimizing and monitoring metadata workflows in alignment with the team's priorities and strategies.
• Maintain a high standard of attention to detail in data entry to ensure that all metadata standards are applied accurately and consistently across our platform.
• Work with Data Science team to ensure all content metadata is delivering down streams.
• Assist in creating team guidelines for metadata collection and entry accuracy.
