We’re looking for a dynamic Copywriter who wants the opportunity to tell great stories about Spring EQ. The best candidate will have the ability and desire to take financial services content and translate it into concise copy that inspires consumer audiences to take action. This position will be part of the Marketing Team and will support one or multiple channels related to consumer direct or third party Home Equity businesses. 

We’re looking for someone with the ability to execute across all media and touchpoints. While prior financial services experience is not required, the desire to learn financial products is. This position supports a fast-paced organization and so the ability to manage complex, multi-step tasks is key to success. The ideal candidate is an organized self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills and a keen ability to think outside the box.

• Brainstorm, strategize, and create content that promotes products and services for Spring EQ
  
• Consult with cross-functional team members to create great copy

• Enforce Spring EQ's brand, messaging, and voice

• Ensure creative material is well-researched, effective, and consistent with goals and brand standards

• Present themes and concepts to key stakeholders and business partners, champion that work through to completion

• Interview business partners, senior executives, subject matter experts and stakeholders to gather the information needed to create effective business messaging

• Stay current on marketing communications trends in and out of the industry

• Be knowledgeable about various new media communications methods

• Understand Spring EQ audiences and how to best communicate with them

• Recognize the nuances of communicating through all media formats and converting messaging to be applicable across all media

• Meet or exceed all deadlines and deliverables

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
• 2+ years copywriting experience

• Experience in financial services is helpful but not required..

• Demonstrated conceptual ability in digital and offline channels

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

• Detail oriented, sound writing/editorial judgment

• Clear, concise, and confident verbal communication skills

• Intellectual curiosity and a team-oriented, collaborative spirit
