Job Title – Corporate Attorney (mid evel)

Location –Minneapolis, MA (Hybrid 2-3 days)

The Company:

My client is seeking a Corporate Associate with 4 or more years of experience to excel its dynamic business and transactional practice group in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will be driven by a passion for business success, highly self-motivated, and possess significant expertise in closely held businesses, mergers and acquisitions, and general business law.

Responsibilities:

• Assisting senior attorneys in advising clients on various corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, securities offerings, and general corporate transactions.
• Conducting legal research to support clients' needs and provide well-reasoned legal opinions.
• Drafting and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and corporate policies.
• Participating in due diligence processes for corporate transactions.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the Bar in Minnesota.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in corporate law.
• Strong understanding of corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, securities laws, and general corporate law principles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
